Shipping Policy

The store currently ships within Canada. Delivery availability may depend on the product, destination region, shipping calculation, and carrier availability.

Some remote, restricted, PO Box, or otherwise unsupported addresses may not be eligible. If checkout cannot prepare a valid shipping preview, the order cannot move forward.

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the customer-facing shipping charge for that order.

Handling time and transit time are estimates. They help set expectations, but they are not fixed delivery dates.

Orders are not shipped until payment is manually verified. For e-Transfer orders, payment is pending until the team confirms the transfer outside the website.

e-Transfer orders may expire if payment is not received or verified by the payment deadline. Tracking will be provided when available after shipment.
