Returns and refunds are handled carefully. Contact support before sending anything back.
Before returning an item
Please contact support before returning anything. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.
Items generally need to be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Case-by-case review
Returns and refunds are reviewed case by case. Limited Drop items may have stricter return limitations because quantities are small and availability is time-sensitive.
Shipping fees may not always be refundable. Refund timing depends on the payment method and manual review.
Damaged or wrong item
If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact support within a reasonable period. Photos may be requested for damaged or wrong-item issues.
If an e-Transfer refund is approved, it is handled manually. Refunds are not automatic or instant.
